With the help of multi axis CNC Vertical Milling and CNC lathes that we own, we will offer you complete manufacturing solutions. Our company has experience working with various materials like Aluminum, low/high alloy steels, stainless steels, bronze, brass, PH stainless steel and titanium. Beside manufacturing we can also offer mechanical assembly projects with or without manufacturing required parts.

If the product requires different manufacturing techniques, we can also offer turnkey manufacturing solutions and act as a single source manufacturing partner. Our capability for turnkey projects includes

1. Casted parts: Malleable iron, gray iron, low/high alloy steel casting, precision casting, bronze aluminum and brass casting and parts machined from these materials.
2. Forged parts: Various quality steel forged parts and parts machined from these
3. Sheet Metal: Bending and forming of steel&aluminum sheet metals and parts manufatured by these technique
4. Welded Parts: Shielded Metal Arc Welding, Gas Tungsten Arc Welding, Tungsten Inert Gas and Metallic Inert Gas welding required parts

Whether your requrement is simple tooling or special purpose machines, a solution is available with us. Your requirement will be designed by the help of CAD softwares, manufactured by the help of CAM softwares and installed in your facility.
